February 23: The March 17 Referendum on Funding Winnebago County Mental Health Services

The forum will feature a proponent for the proposed ½ cent sales tax to generate $12-13 million in new mental health funding in Winnebago County. This money will fill the gaps in our current services, and help address homelessness, suicide, addiction, use of emergency services, and related issues that impact the quality of life in Winnebago County.

March 1 - March 29: Lenten Series: The Wilderness

"Lent begins in the wilderness. The Spirit guides Jesus into the wilderness where he comes face-to-face with temptation and struggle. Yet, in his forty days of fasting, resisting, and wandering, Jesus is shaped and formed for ministry. Similarly, through the wilderness of Lent, we are invited to surrender to the wild leadings of the Spirit."
